Orientation Forms

Please print, read, sign and return the forms below with your September tuition on or before August 1st, 2011.

Forms can be mailed,dropped off at the school office or in the school drop box located outside of the red door on Lexington St. 

 Dear Parents:

With joyful anticipation we are preparing for St Johns Presbyterian Kindergarten and Preschool’s 52nd year. Orientation Day is August 29th . This will be a time for you and your child to visit his/her classroom for a brief chat with the teachers. Last minute paperwork can be placed on the table outside of the school office. The schedule is below. If you cannot come at your appointed time, just come when it is most convenient to you. You do not need to notify us of the change. A-F --- 9:30
G-M --- 10:00
N-R --- 10:30

S-Z --- 11:00

September tuition payments are due in the school office by August 1st. Please refer to the web site for a price sheet. Please include your child’s name at the bottom of your check. If we have not received your check by August 5th, your place will be given to the first person on our waiting list. All forms needed for Orientation are located on our web site, www. sjpk.org. The forms are easily downloaded. The required blue and yellow health forms must be obtained from your pediatrician. Also needed is a copy of a Birth Certificate for new students only. All forms may be dropped off at the school office or drop box which is located next to the red door on the Lexington playground. Forms may also be mailed before August 1st. If you do not have internet access, please call the office at 389-8191 and a packet will be mailed to you.
